GE WARRANTY—BAGGAGE TRADE SALE
WARRANTY POLICY

This warranty policy is effective January 1, 2004. It is the intention of LSY Companies, by instituting this warranty policy to support the thousands of consumers who purchase their General Electric appliances in the United States and Canada and then ship them, together with their household goods, to their new homes throughout the world. At the same time, LSY Companies, as the Sole Baggage Trade Distributor for General Electric appliances in the United States and Canada has taken this initiative to stand behind our dealers. We support our dealer's 100 percent, and we realize that after sales service is a critically necessary tool for the long term success of our dealers and the General Electric line in the baggage trade business.

This limited warranty covers parts and labor. It includes all purchases of General Electric 220 Volt products sold by the network of LSY Companies authorized dealer throughout the United States and Canada.

PARTS WARRANTY

is for a period of ONE YEAR beginning with the date the consumer purchases from the dealer. The parts will be delivered free of charge to the dealer and not responsible for shipping of parts or any other costs related to having the parts delivered to the consumer.

LABOR WARRANTY

is for a period of ONE YEAR beginning with the date the consumer purchased from the dealer, will pay up to $100 per occurrence to repair any one appliance.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

In order to make a Claim for Warranty; it is the responsibility of both the consumer to supply LSY Companies with all 5 requirement information as the following:

1. Dealer's sales receipt; showing date of sale, consumer name and appliance model number.

2. Full consumer name, address and telephone number in country where appliance is being used.

3. Full model and serial number of appliance needing service.

4. Exact number for the parts which are needed, usually supplied by the Service Company making the repair.

5. Copy of the estimate or actual bill showing the labor costs related to repairing the appliance.

This warranty dose not cover physical damages that may occur in the shipping or handing process, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect or accident. This warranty is limited to residential users and is totally void if the product is used for commercial purposes. This warranty is not assignable or transferable.
